Services

After handover, the same team.

Repairs, redecoration and small works for commercial and residential properties, from the people who draw and build the rooms.

One callFor the rooms we built, and for the ones we did not.

Hand tools laid out around a small wooden house: a spirit level, a tape measure, a hammer, a drill and wrenches.

What it covers

The work that keeps a room finished.

A restaurant is judged every evening and a house every day. Both need looking after by people who know how they were built.

  1. 01

    Repairs

Joinery, doors and ironmongery; tiling, plaster and paint; taps, showers and sanitaryware; lighting and small electrical work. Fixed by a tradesperson from the team, not a call-out from a directory.

  2. 02

    Redecoration

Walls, ceilings and joinery repainted in the colours from the original materials board, or a new one drawn up with you.

  3. 03

    Small works

A new counter, a run of shelving, a wall moved, a bathroom refreshed. Anything more than a repair is drawn and priced before it is done, the way every other job here is.

  4. 04

    Planned maintenance

For restaurants and managed properties: a list agreed with you of what is checked and when, so the room stays the way it was handed over.

How it works

Drawn and priced where it needs to be.

A repair is a phone call. Anything larger gets the same drawing and the same line-by-line price as a full project.

For the rooms we built, we already hold the drawings and the finishes schedule, so a matching tile, paint or fitting is on file. For rooms built by someone else, we survey first and keep a record from then on.

Nothing is started without an agreed price, and nothing changes without one.

How a project runs

The backlit gold KK monogram at Kashmiri Karahi, lit from behind against polished plaster.

Questions

Asked before the studio is called.

Every question
Do you maintain rooms you did not build?

Yes. For a room built by someone else we survey it first and keep a record from then on. For the rooms we built, the drawings and the finishes schedule are already on file, so a matching tile, paint or fitting is found from the file rather than guessed.

How is a repair priced?

A repair is a phone call. Anything larger than a repair is drawn and priced before it is done, the way every other job here is, and nothing is started without an agreed price.

Do you offer planned maintenance for a restaurant?

Yes. For restaurants and managed properties we agree a list of what is checked and when, so the room stays the way it was handed over. A dining room is judged every evening; the restaurant fit-out page shows the rooms this service looks after.
