The work
From the shell to the signage.
A commercial fit-out starts with the shell: partitions, ceilings, floors and the services behind them.
We draw the plan around the way the space will be used, then we build it, and the people who drew it are the people on site. The joinery, the lighting and the signage follow the same drawings: counters, fixed seating, shelving and panelling, the lighting set out with the seating, and the name on the wall, priced line by line before anything is made.
We build to the landlord's requirements, coordinate the other trades, and programme the work around the opening date. The space is handed over snagged, cleaned and ready to trade.

Shopfront, display joinery, counters, fitting rooms and the lighting that shows the stock.

Canopies, overhead heaters, banquettes and lighting at floor level, so the seating outside works beyond summer.

Do you build to a landlord's requirements?
Yes. The fit-out is drawn and built to the landlord's requirements, the other trades are coordinated by us, and the work is programmed around the date you need to trade. What is in the price and what is not is written down line by line before anything is ordered.
What does a commercial fit-out include?
The shell first: partitions, ceilings, floors and the services behind them. Then the joinery, the lighting and the signage, all from the same drawings. Offices, shops and showrooms, restaurants and bars, terraces and front of house are each described above, and restaurant fit-outs have a page of their own.
Can you fit out a terrace or covered seating?
Yes. Qabaña is a covered seating area fitted out end to end: the canopy, the panelling, the banquette, lighting at floor level and heaters mounted overhead so it works beyond summer.
